Window-Bars.com has provided corporate discounts on window bars
and window guards, and fulfilling large orders for Businesses, Schools,
and Non-Profit Organizations.
We offer a volume discount for orders over $1,000, provide corporate
and non-profits discounts. We accept purchase
orders using the Window Bars
Purchase Order Form. We accept several forms of payment as well.
Purchase Orders:
We currently accept Purchase Orders for window bars and window
guards from businesses, public and private schools, non-profit organizations
and government agencies. In order to request a discount quote for
window bars or window guards, simply print the purchase
order form and fax the completed purchase order form to the
fax number given. We will respond with a quote within 1 business
day!
Purchase Orders generally receive a Volume Discount based on the
quantity of window bars or window guards ordered. They are also
processed more quickly than online retail store orders, with a priority
status on inventory. Please note, Yeloweb Baby, the fulfillment
company for our site, cannot process a Purchase Order or give a
volume discount for window bar or window guard orders of less than
$1,000 at this time.
Payment Terms:
Payment for large orders can be made by either credit card or
check. Shipments paid by credit card will ship immediately, while
payments made by check may be held for processing. For orders under
$3,000, payment must be received before the order will ship. For
orders ofer $3,000, we offer terms based on the size of the order,
and any previous history your company may have with Window-Bars.Com.
Special Customer Accounts:
Corporations may request a Special Customer Account. A Special
Customer Account is a business account with Window-Bars.Com for
repeat customers and customers with several large orders. We keep
method of payment and delivery information on file for our Special
Customer Accounts so that we can bill directly to their business
credit card or account, and keep a set stock on hand for that customer,
in order to provide faster processing and shipping.
Special Customer Accounts also receive fixed discount pricing for
all orders, regardless of the size of the order. They also receive
free shipping within the 48 continental states, as well as preferencial
terms for payment such as Net 30 or Net 60.
Shipping:
Please allow 5-7 days for the processing, packing and shipping
of your purchase order. The time will vary depending on the size
and composition of your order, but on average we ship large corporate
orders within 5-7 days of receipt of payment. For faster processing
and shipping, please see "Special Customer Accounts" or request
expedited processing and shipping with your order. Expedited shipping
and processing may incur additional expenses.

bars or window guards on a case-by-case basis. We’re sorry, but
we cannot currently accept PO’s for less than $1,000. For orders
of less than $1,000, please submit your order through our online
retail store, and one of our Customer
Support staff personnel will be happy to process it and ship
as quickly as possible!
